BASE-UK is a nationwide, knowledge exchange organisation led by farmers for farmers and individuals passionate about the regenerative agricultural system increasing the sustainability and health of our soil, crops, livestock and therefore our industry. It has been a great spring so far with members hosting Farm Walks and we have just attended Cereals and Groundswell so it feels like life is getting back to normal following the past 2 years. Coming up, we have a members visit to Agrovista’s Lamport Project in Northamptonshire and a variety of member farm walks before harvest happens. We are planning more online webinars in the autumn and winter. The committee are busy working on a fantastic line up of speakers for our AGM Conference next year when we will be celebrating 10 years of our organisation successfully getting members together. Save the dates – 7th and 8th February 2023. Our theme is “Growing Confidence”! We are delighted that Frederic Thomas, founder of BASE France and mentor of our group will be joining us for this event!
