A philosophical and inspirational treatise on the establishment and maintenance of health through a constructive mental attitude. In 17 Chapters. From Chapter one: “There is a close alliance between health and the kingdom of God; disease and the plane of error and sin. All illness is due to violation of the laws of health—and such disobedience to rules governing the well-being of man is error or sin; furthermore, those who commit sin cannot know heaven, for disease is pain and pain is purgatory or hell. The error or sin may be unconscious, nevertheless, "ignorance of the law excuses none," and all who disobey must pay the penalty to the "utmost farthing."” Published in 1921.
