Welcome This FREE online week-long event is totally dedicated to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs, their parents, carers, and all the professionals who support them right across the UK and much further afield. The platform offers visitors virtual access to the many exhibitors, companies, voluntary and support organisations who will be showcasing their products, equipment and outlining details of their services at various time slots during the week-long event – see full timetable on pages 6-7. Visitors will be able to select and watch videos and presentation slots that are most relevant to them with the additional bonus of a live Q&A chat facility, where you can interact with each exhibitor, ask questions, anonymously if preferred. More information on how to use the facility is on page 3-4. Exhibitors webpages will remain onsite until 30th November so you will be able to watch and re-watch their videos, download their pdfs and have access to their contact information etc. However, their online Q&A chat facility will come to an end when their live slot ends.

How to Use Venue to Virtual 1.
Once you have registered you will be sent a link to the site with your password via email prior to the event. Once you have logged in you will see the home page here:

Each exhibitor’s webpage will go live on their allocated day and timeslot, you can partake in as many time slots as you like. Select the day and a drop-down menu will appear for all exhibitor's time slots for that day.

Select the exhibitor and time slot you wish to interact with, this will open the exhibitor page - remember slots will only go live at their allocated time. To watch the video simply press the play button. Here you will be able to watch exhibitor’s videos, download their PDFs, ask questions using the Q&A chat facility, email them direct using the ‘Contact’ exhibitors button, link with them on their social media etc.

The Q&A chat facility will only be available during the exhibitor’s allocated time slot. Exhibitor's webpages including videos, PDFs will remain on the website until 30th November 2020. You can watch and re-watch their videos and download their PDF’s at your leisure. However, the chat facility will no longer be live after their time slot.

How to Use the Q&A Chat Facility The Q&A chat facility sits to the right of the video. There are two tabs, Q&A and Polls. Ensure you are on the Q&A tab to view all questions To ask a question: You have the option to remain anonymous or add your name. To add your name, click into “type your question” Click and type your question(s) in the box provided and press the green send button.
Your question will pop up in the feed The exhibitors will reply directly to your question(s). Please allow some time for a response as they may be dealing with a number of questions during their slot. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like and watch out for the Kidz to Adultz Team announcements during the live Q&A chat!

Kidz to Adultz Events Update Disabled Living has an excellent reputation of organising the very prestigious Kidz to Adultz events since 2001 and now hold five of the largest FREE UK exhibitions totally dedicated to children and young adults up to 25 years with disabilities and additional needs, their parents, carers and all the professionals who support and work with them. 100-180 exhibitors at each event, information on equipment, products and services, FREE CPD seminars. Currently held in Coventry, Farnborough, Newport (Wales), Edinburgh and Liverpool. Our priority continues to be the safety of all those involved, in particular our vulnerable children and young adults, their carers and the health professionals who support them. We look forward to the return of our face to face events in 2021 when it is safe to do so.
