ORCHARD FRUITS

The juiciest fruit in the stone fruit family, plums come in many varieties, some sweet, some more tart. We have several varieties in the Vine House Farm orchard, with the Czar being the first to ripen, followed by the Victoria. These ripe fruits are delicious raw, piled into pies, or simmered into a compote. Whichever way you use them, they make wonderful desserts.

One of the first varieties to be harvested is our famous Melody potato - a smooth skinned potato with a dry, yellow flesh. Available in 5kg, 12kg & 25kg sacks, it is suitable for all types of cooking. well-known early English variety, Discovery apples are a bright pink colour, making them easy to identify.
