Commit yourself to developing self-awareness and a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Learn to sharpen your focus if you tend to over-extend yourself. If you are shy and uncomfortable around people, use this year to develop ways of being more engaged. Consider joining a Club or Society and make friendships that will last a lifetime. Make good social choices. Choose to act in ways you can feel proud of and that correspond with your best self. Your values matter. Use them to guide your actions. Likewise, look out for those around you. Step up and speak up when you see other people getting ready to make bad decisions for themselves or others. Care about and support each other.
