The wide-range of amenities will help create a family-friendly Club that is truly unique to the Hamptons.

– VAQUERO GOLF CLUB – A 300-home, gated community on 525 acres of rolling terrain in Westlake, Texas near DFW and Alliance airports. The community features an exclusive private-equity country club featuring a Tom Fazio-designed golf course on some of the most beautiful topography in north Texas. Homes available from $1.5M to $9.0M, with a membership price of $195,000. – MIRABEL GOLF CLUB – A 351-home golf community on 713 acres of Sonoran Desert terrain in north Scottsdale, Mirabel is situated at an elevation of 3,000 feet, offering commanding views of the Scottsdale/ Phoenix valley. The Tom Fazio-designed golf course opened in December of 2001, and 349 lots have been sold since sales operations started in the fall of 2001. Lot prices range from $500,000 to over $1.2M, with a membership price of $85,000. – IRON HORSE GOLF CLUB – A Tom Fazio championship golf course and year-round residential resort community comprised of 316 homesites on 820 acres, Iron Horse is located in the resort area of Whitefish, Montana. The project broke ground in July of 1998 and has since sold over 95% of its homesites at prices ranging from $200,000 to $3M. The membership price is $125,000.

– THE THERMAL CLUB – Located in La Quinta California, The Thermal Club is the premier private motorsports facility in the world. In addition to 5 miles of Member racetrack with 3 independent circuits, secure Member Garage Villas, full fire and safety teams, timing and scoring, dedicated kart tracks and professional tuning facilities. The Club features a luxury clubhouse, world-class spa, kids’ club, and fitness facilities – creating the ultimate experiential playground.

– Cordevalle GOLF CLUB & LODGE – Discovery’s sole golf-only project, this invitation-only Golf Club in Santa Clara County, California, was designed by Robert Trent Jones II and features a well-appointed Clubhouse with a 45-room private luxury hotel and spa managed by the operators of the renowned Auberge du Soleil Resort and Spa in Napa Valley. Since opening in August of 1999, nearly 435 memberships have been sold to Silicon Valley business leaders for prices in excess of $200,000.

– THE HIDEAWAY GOLF CLUB –

An exclusive, private-equity Golf Club and residential development in La Quinta, California. The Hideaway’s 36 holes of golf provide Members with two distinct world-class golf experiences – one by noted designer and former Ryder Cup team member Clive Clark, and one by Pete Dye, among the most innovative designers of modern times. – THE ESTANCIA CLUB – Estancia is a private golf community on 640 acres that wrap around Pinnacle Peak mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. It features a Tom Fazio signature 18-hole championship golf course, 39 golf villas and 223 custom homesites ranging in size from 1/2 to 2 acres. The Clubhouse is a magnificent 32,000+ square-foot facility featuring tennis, swimming, a fitness center and fine dining. With only 325 equity golf memberships, it is Scottsdale’s most exclusive private Golf Club.

– MOUNTAINTOP GOLF & LAKE CLUB – A private golf and residential community in the popular Highlands-Cashiers region of the western North Carolina mountains. Acquired in late 2003, the development plan includes 328 total homesites, 18 holes of private Tom Fazio golf and a luxurious mountain lodge-style clubhouse. Since sales commenced in June 2004, 294 lots have been sold and 100 homes have been completed.
