ARBOMEX is a provider of innovative iron, aluminum & steel solutions for the automotive, refrigeration, and industrial sectors, among others. Specialized in camshafts, shafts, and other components for engines, transmission, and chassis systems for iron products; brackets aluminum; and components of stamping aluminum & steel.

Arbomex is vertically integrated with foundry and machining, supporting OEMs products with medium and high volume requirements. It also participates in the aftermarket segment with its own camshaft brand. The iron foundry plant has three molding production processes: Lost Foam, Cold Box (stacking), and No-Bake.The HPDC Aluminum plant has presses ranging from 550 to 1600 tons. Alloys of Al380 & AlSi12 have been frequent.The metal stamping (aluminum, steel) plant provides complex products for the auto and non-auto industries.

Overall, Arbomex has more than 500 CNC equipment for the machining processes and with heat treatment capabilities to meet customer requirements, all supported by metrology laboratories to confirm the highest quality levels.Our R&D department works closely with customers to provide solutions for light-weighting and developing new alloys.

• Steel & Aluminum (Stamping & post processes): brackets: steering system, shock absorber; cover: airbag system; housing: motor, brake system, cooling system, wiper system, among others; specializing in Automotive products.

• Ductile iron (Lost foam cast & machining): suspension & chassis brackets, water pump, axle sleeve.

Arbomex HPDC is a North American-based supplier with over 30 years of experience providing aluminum and zamak products for the global automotive, gas and electrical industrial sectors.

The aluminum business is primarily focused on supplying advanced aluminum components for propulsion systems, brackets, gas flowmeter, electric connectors and appliances segments. Also offered mold and part designs and CNC machining.
