About Dishique Dishique is a tabletop & giftware company that celebrates the art of thoughtful gifting. With custom capabilities & original artwork, we offer products that our customers are proud to give, excited to receive, and able to use every day. Based just northwest of the Windy City, our Arlington Heights studio serves as our design studio & warehouse. Our team is made up of local, highly skilled artisans that create & care for our pieces at every stage of design & production.
ABOUT THE ARTIST Inspired by her love of entertaining and a flair for gift giving, Megan Steffen founded Dishique Boutique in 2011 as a way to share her passion with the world. Raised in Alabama, Megan went on to receive her Interior Design Degree from the University of Georgia. Megan spent over 10 years as a product designer developing luxury bedding and soft home goods where she developed a knack for pairing textures, colors and patterns with classic design for a truly modern style. She now calls Chicago home with her husband Jason and two young children, Max & Lucy. From cheeky to charming, each item is designed by Megan herself and lovingly handcrafted and shipped from Dishique’s Chicago studio.
WHAT MAKES DISHIQUE UNIQUE HAND-RENDERED DESIGNS Each illustration is hand rendered by Megan. With pens, prismamarkers and the touch of a mouse (computer mouse, that is), Megan carefully creates charming drawings that are used throughout the Dishique tabletop and gift collection.
HAND-DECORATED IN CHICAGO We are proud to design & decorated all of our pieces in our hometown. Utilizing a range of decorating techniques and product offerings, Dishique is able to offer quality products that are decorated in our Chicagoland studio.
CUSTOM CAPABILITIES By decorating and inventoring Dishique items in house, we are able to offer custom options without high minimums. From mini dishes and ornaments to bar towels and periodic table platters, we can tailor our products to appeal to your customers.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS Opening order minimum is $250. There is not a dollar minimum for reorders, however some products require a minimum number of pieces ordered. This allows for us to optimize shipping and packaging costs, as well as limit breakage during transit.

PAYMENT Payment is accepted via credit card. 100% payment is required before the order is shipped. Once your order is placed, standard FedEx shipping rates will be added to the subtotal and a final invoice prepared.

CUSTOM ORDERS Design fees are due up front, and a credit card must be on file for all custom orders. For custom orders over $250, 50% will be due to begin production and the remaining 50% will be due when the order is ready to ship.

ORDER PROCESSING Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time your order is placed for your order to ship. We will not ship any orders until 100% payment has been received.

SHIPPING Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All orders will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS. We try our best to ship everything economically. Please let us know if you have special shipping terms or times, or if you have a FedEx/UPS account we should use.

RETURNS/DEFECTS Returns are not accepted unless items arrive damaged and are reported within 5 days of delivery. A replacement/exchange will be made. The buyer is required to email a request for exchange to info@dishiqueboutique.com. Each Dishique piece is decorated by hand & minor imperfections can occur in the process. Minor variations in color, size & appearance should be expected. We do not consider these imperfection defects and replacement of any item is at the discretion of Dishique.
