Richer Crib Club held its July tournament on July 11th with a nice crowd! We decided to play only 8 games instead of 10 so people could get home a bit earlier and that seemed to be pretty well received. Our winners for this evening were Jim McKerchar in first place, Norm Burnell in second and Helene Sabot in third. Phillip Duncan (?) took the dimes for fourth place and Vivianne Laurin got the Booby prize. Mike Pelletier won the 50/50. Congratulations to all our winners. Our last summer tournament will be on August 8th at 7 pm at the Richer Young at Hearts hall. Entry fees are still only $5, coffee and snacks are always free and winners get cash prizes, so come on down and join us! And don’t forget our regular biweekly tournaments will be starting again on September 12th.

With the sudden passing of our Secretary Rachelle Laurin, we are seeking for the service of a volunteer secretary for October. We were blessed to have Rachelle and remember her for all her years of volunteering at the museum and the smiles she brought with her. She will be greatly missed by all.
