We completely reset expectations of the health care experience. We rethink and redesign every aspect of health care delivery. The receptionist becomes a host, the waiting room is now an interactive showroom, and the quality of the member services experience is unrivaled in the health industry.

Standing eye level behind a tall counter, the host is in a more natural position to personally welcome each member. Reminiscent of a concierge, the host helps make each visit a pleasant experience.

We eliminate the idea of a waiting room and instead welcome our members to our “Showroom�. A combination interactive demonstration zone as well as a comfortable lounge area puts your mind at ease before your visit. A careful mix of stone, wood and flora combined with indirect and natural lighting come together to create a relaxing environment.

Care stations are designed out to minimize views of medical equipment while maintaining the non-medical aesthetic throughout the team zone. With plenty of clinical and personal workspace, and designed in the middle of care delivery, the care stations are optimized for group interactions.

Patient care rooms are open and provide enough room for comfortable interactions between the Care Team and the Patient. Smart use of storage, efficient use of space, and use of modern equipment highlight our attention to design detail.

Provider offices are yet another space for interaction with care teams or for private consults with members. Designed with a comfortable seating area as well as functional desk space, the providers’ offices are located within the care team area to improve communications while maintaining privacy.

Shared offices are a way to ensure collaboration while maintaining a quite space to work. The rooms are modular, clean, and have plenty of open space to work. The offices are designed for a mobile work force.

Counseling rooms are specifically designed to create a tranquil atmosphere for private conversation. This is where providers can review personal health objectives, provide health coaching, and support families dealing with difficult life or health circumstances.

ONSITE PHARMACY
Our collaborative approach to care includes involving a pharmacist as an essential part of the care team. The pharmacist consults directly with the physicians, provides formulary input, and helps manage the medication management program for members. The Pharmacist, using our enabling technology, are available for direct consultation with members.
