53rd Hofu Yomiuri Marathon JPN
The Hofu Yomiuri Marathon is a World Athletics elite label race held every December in Hofu City in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan.
Beginning in 1970, this year marks the 53rd year of the tournament. We expect to welcome 4000 participants. Both elite and amateur runners can participate in our race. The loop course running through Hofu City is very flat, having only one turn-around and a relatively small difference in height, not more than 9m. The race record is 2:08:16 held by Hailu Negussie of Ethiopia.
This December the race will be held as a selection trial for the Japanese representatives at the World Athletics Championships to be held in Budapest 2023.

Mirimarathon MAS
Miri is a resort city in the East Malaysian state of Sarawak. The annual Mirimarathon offers races of 42.2, 21.1 and 10km with the objective of fostering a healthy lifestyle and a passion for running among young and old alike.
Miri is a strategic location for a long-distance run with its scenic views along the route. The Marathon route takes participants through the city centre and outlying villages with sea views in between.
In 2016 Imperial Run organised a half marathon, 10km and 5km races and attracted foreign runners from Brunei, Singapore, Germany, South Africa, UK and the US. More than 10 Kenyan runners came over to compete. It was the first ever event in Miri to introduce the convenience and accuracy of electronic chip timing. fully organized by Miri Marathon Association since 2017. It has become one of the Great Borneo Series (GBS), held alongside the Kuching Marathon and Borneo International Marathon.
The task is now to re-ignite sports tourism in Miri and in Sarawak after being on hold during the covid pandemic . Miri Marathon will play its part and will continue to offer a healthy living environment.

Ha Noi Marathon

Vietnam’s capital city will be showcased to the world when it hosts the inaugural Techcombank Ha Noi Marathon. The race is a sister event to the existing Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City Marathon and is aimed at raising the standard of distance running events in Ha Noi,
The event will attract around 7000 domestic and foreign runners, competing in marathon, half-marathon, 10km and 5km categories. There will also be runs for children to promote healthy lifestyles. This is the first race in Hà Noi with start and finish points in two different locations: starting in the heart of the old quarter (Hoàn Kiem Lake) and finishing in the place of modernity and prosperity (Vinhomes Riverside in Long Biên District). Runners competing in the marathon category have the opportunity, for the first time, to conquer Nhat Tân Bridge - the largest cable-stayed bridge in Viet Nam.
