The project is a mixed use building and located in Jeddah at Kilo 7 site. The site falls in Al Jamiah district in a strategic location within close proximity to King AbdulAziz University and along Abdullah Suleiman road, which is a main road comprising a mix of commercial retail and residential buildings .
The project consists of Podium for Commercial & Services use and two towers one for residential and the second for furnished apartments units use.
