ONE Sotheby's International Realty Hosts Inaugural Buick Open House Crawl The leaders in savvy marketing and social media take to the streets of Miami in first ever real estate twitter event MIAMI, March 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ONE Sotheby's International Realty, the leading real estate firm specializing in luxury properties throughout South Florida, hosted its inaugural Buick Open House Crawl on February 27 with sponsors Buick and Espirito Santo Bank. Known for taking strides in marketing and social media, the firm is the first real estate firm in South Florida to host a crawl which brought together Twitter and Facebook advocates. With a starting point at Brickell Motors, participants arrived and were divided into six 2011 luxury Buicks. Members from Buick gave a tutorial on each vehicle and the tweet fest began. The first destination, 5 Tahiti Beach in Coral Gables, was calculated into the GPS system. Upon arrival to the first home, everyone was greeted by massage therapists to receive a quick treatment and given a tour of the luxurious ten bedroom Mediterranean estate. Following the relaxing experience at Tahiti Beach, crawl members journeyed to the next residence located on Klebba Lane in Coconut Grove. Refreshments and hors d'ouevres were provided by Sidewalk Salads as twitter advocates strolled through the historical home. James Venney, vice president of residential lending from Espirito Santo Bank, provided information and a presentation on mortgage, loans, and new residential procedures in banking. The third stop on the crawl was 310 Greenwood Drive in Key Biscayne. Upon arriving at the Key Biscayne destination, the tropical setting home created a Key West destination atmosphere. From sangria to cupcakes to a duo playing guitar, this charming residence had many crawl members wishing to stay longer. The crawl made its final stop at The W Residences South Beach. The team was welcomed by a concierge and escorted to a Penthouse where they captured unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean followed by a presentation on the amenities at The W Residences South Beach. The event concluded back at Brickell Motors where the Buick team offered prizes to the participants for the best tweets of the day which included gift certificates to popular restaurants.
