Oklahoma's Choice Weekly Thanksgiving Special 2023

Now entering our fourth Thanksgiving, we remember where we came from. We started in the midst’s of COVID-19, when uncertainty and fear seemed to have our country in its grasp. But even during this low period, there was a resiliency among Oklahoma’s farm, ranch and rural communities. Mom and Pop retailers were still serving their customers and people were still shopping. So even with what our country was facing, Oklahoma’s Choice Weekly started a new publication, ready and willing to serve Central Oklahoma. We have never forgotten who we started this publication for, and we are eternally thankful every day we drive and call on our customers, for every auction sale bill we run and for the small town and local businesses we serve.

We know most retailers can’t afford to spend a great deal on advertising but want to share their business with the general public. That’s the public need that Oklahoma’s Choice Weekly fulfills. It’s for all these people that we say Thank You and that we remember how much we have to be thankful for.

We’re aware of the issues facing us as we approach 2024. The remnants of COVID, a continuing drought, uncertain crop yields and inflation. Despite all this, we’re optimistic about the future because we have faith in those who make Oklahoma what it is. Our agricultural producers and small businesses give us hope for 2024 and remind us why we celebrate Thanksgiving.
