While all holidays are important and hold special memories, to the Oklahoma’s Choice Weekly, none holds more importance than does Thanksgiving. As a publication started in the depth of COVID, we are always thankful for still being here to serve our customers. We don’t underestimate the importance of being thankful for those who partnered with us to create the premier free weekly shopper paper that we have become. And we are thankful that we can provide you, our customer, the opportunity to express your gratitude to your customers as well. When we started the Oklahoma Choice Weekly, our dream was to give farmers, ranchers, and mom and pop retailers an affordable way to reach the buying public. We know advertising can be expensive, stressful and annoying. Our goal has been to simplify the whole advertising process, provide a sales team that understands your needs and gives you the service and quality that you deserve.
Living in rural Oklahoma can be difficult. While our health care providers are truly excellent, they are not abundant. Schools doesn’t always have the funding or the teachers that they need, and crop and livestock prices are lower than they should be. Yet there is nowhere else we would prefer to live and do business. And Oklahoma’s Choice Weekly is proud to live here with you. We celebrate Thanksgiving because no matter how tough life can be, we are thankful for the many things we are blessed with. While the future holds uncertainty for some, we’re here to spend the future with each other. And while inevitable change has brought about some staffing changes at Oklahoma’s Choice Weekly, the remaining staff continues to be honored to serve you. From all of us at Oklahoma’s Choice Weekly, Happy Thanksgiving. Our hope is for good health throughout the holiday season and prosperity throughout 2025.
