Halloween has come and gone and trick or treat Main Street was a huge success. Thank you to all business owners for participation and your very creative costumes. This month we also pause to honor our Veterans. Take a walk down Main Street and look at our Veteran’s banners. Make it your priority to thank a Veteran for their service and what that means to all of us. Stroud is opening a Welcome Center at the Chamber Office. Thanks to Avem Health Care for teaming up with the city to make that a possibility. The number for that office is 918-968-3321. 44 Creative has created a new website for Stroud and our Tourism Department. That website is: www.visitstroudok.com. All town information and videos created can be found there. Thanks to Jerred and Nick of Deep Fork Productions for a wonderful job. Thanksgiving is a few weeks away and my mind always goes to the thoughts of great food. Please take a moment and reflect on how Blessed we really are. Let’s go out of our way this season to be kind, be loving, and do something intentionally good for our friends and neighbors. The Chamber’s Christmas Parade this year will be December 3 at 6:00 pm. An Elvis Christmas is the theme. Shake up those creative juices, build that float, and we’ll see you then.
