Greetings Stroud Citizens, Happy New Year!

I have a request I need your help with. We are applying for a grant for Foster Park and we need your input on what improvements and additions you would like to see there. There is a very short survey on the City of Stroud’s website for you to offer your input. We need as many people as possible to help fill out a survey by February. Thank you in advance.

We have already installed a Par 3-disc golf course and worked on the pond and working on drainage and roads now. We have ideas for walking trails, adult exercise areas, pickle ball courts, and story book trails. Your thoughts and visions are very important to us. We look forward to those ideas.

As we begin 2025 let’s make it more than just a new year’s resolution to be a little kinder, respectful and loving to our neighbors. A smile and hello always make my day better, but a kind work or a bit of encouragement is forever welcome. Wishing everyone happiness, health, and prosperity for 2025!
