She is currently studying “Principled and Persuasive” negotiating through Yale University and is certified as an International Property Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Military Relocation Specialist, Home Staging Realtor, and is an At Home with Diversity Designee.

Lorraine’s community activities include serving as a volunteer member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Past President of the Society of Virginia, a national board member of the ARCS Foundation (which has provided more than 10,000 college scholarships to Americans studying STEM disciplines), Senior State President of the D.C. Children of the American Revolution, a Girl Scout leader and more. A certified Executive Coach, Lorraine is providing pro-bono coaching to the leadership team of Friendship Place, the premier provider of housing services for people experiencing homelessness in the Washington DC region.
