YOU WILL NEED: • 1.5 oz. Absolut Vodka • 1.5 oz. Ackee Liqueur • 1.5 oz. Lime Juice • 0.75 oz. Simple Syrup • 0.75 oz. Blue Curaçao • Crushed Ice • Mint • Mojito Glass • Cocktail Shaker • Strainer • Jigger DIRECTIONS: 1. In cocktail shaker combine Absolut Vodka, Ackee Liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, Blue Curaçao and ice 2. Shake vigorously 3. Strain and pour into a mojito glass filled with crushed ice 4. Garnish with sprig of mint and a dehydrated lime wheel

Place 2 cucumber slices in glass (see photo), and fill with ice 2. In cocktail shaker combine 1 slice of ginger, 2 slices of cucumber, Absolut Vodka, simple syrup and muddle together 3. Add ice and shake vigorously 4. Double strain into glass 5. Top off with a touch of cherry brandy 6. Garnish with cucumber wedge
