At check-in, a Divi band will be attached to your wrist. Please wear this wristband at all times during your stay so our employees are aware of your benefits. Lost or damaged wristbands should be reported to the Front Desk for replacement.
Please sign for all of your meals and drinks so they can be charged to our meal plan account. Additional charges, including incidentals, surcharges, and added gratuity will appear on your bill to be paid at the end of your stay.

You will be asked to sign your bill at the end of your meal for tracking purposes, but you will not be charged. You may choose to leave added gratuity, which will be charged to your account to be paid at the end of your stay.
**Kids 2 and under stay and eat free when our all-inclusive program is purchased through www.diviresorts.com or the Divi Resorts Call Center. Guests wishing to upgrade from room-only to all-inclusive can do so before arrival through the Divi Resorts Call Center, at the front desk at check-in, or anytime during their stay. Guests who upgrade to all-inclusive will pay the add-on rate at the time of purchase. There is a limit of one child per adult in the room based on double occupancy. Additional children will incur the applicable child pricing. This promotion ends on December 19, 2025, and travel must be completed by that date.
