Filling out your MAX/Profile is an important first step when it comes to utilizing your RE/MAX tech tools. Information included in your MAX/Profile feeds your contact information to several tools within the RE/MAX Technology suite—including the MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE platform—helping to ensure your brand is front and center throughout the RE/MAX ecosystem.
Information needed to complete your profile includes:
Setting Up Your MLS ID.
Adding your contact information and headshot.
Adding a professional bio, languages, awards and designations.
Linking to your agent website and social media accounts.
NOTE: Your MAX/Profile information will appear across several MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE tools, including your new website. If you notice that details are incomplete or incorrect, edits will need to be made in MAX/Center, which will then be automatically updated in MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE.
Your database is one of your most valuable tools when it comes to engaging leads and staying connected with your current and past clients — and MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE offers a powerful CRM for managing your sphere. As you begin going through your contacts, use this opportunity to think about what hashtags you want to add to their contact record. You’ll be able to add as many hashtags as you want to each contact record, and you can get as specific as you’d like. As you work through your contacts, begin thinking about strategic ways you can leverage hashtags to streamline your business.
Hashtag ideas include:
Search Preferences — Add your buyer’s home preferences like #Pool, #Condo, or #TwoBeds so that the next time you send a property announcement, you can filter your recipients by their search criteria.
Warmth Level — Indicate how engaged your prospect is with hashtags like #HotBuyer or #ColdLead.

Your pre-built agent website is live once your brokerages launches on the platform. The website does not require any edits and includes key information to help you start generating leads online right way. However, you will have the ability to customize your new website if you choose!
By default, your website will display:
Your agent bio, location and contact details
Robust map search capabilities
A consumer account to register for search alerts
Over time, you’ve likely created resources and guides on your current website related to your business, the customer journey, your marketing services, and more. With your new website comes a new opportunity to create professional unique-to-you webpages with meaningful content as well.
To do this, consider which pages on your current site are ranking well on search engines and/or still provide valuable and relevant information. Then begin the process of saving that content to your computer so you’re ready to copy it to your MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE website.
While a default agent website domain will be provided to you, MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE also gives you the option to connect a custom (or vanity) domain! As you prepare for launch, start thinking about whether you want a custom domain for your agent website.
For agents in Phase 1: You will automatically receive a subdomain of your brokerage website. For example, if your brokerage website is www.companyname.com, your agent website domain will be agentname.companyname.com.
For agents in Phase 2-3: Agents in this phase will inherit a subdomain of your RE/MAX National Website. For example, agentname.remax.com.
If you're already using an existing subdomain of remax.com(opens in a new tab) or remax.ca(opens in a new tab) for your booj Website, that will be the new URL for your MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE website. Please know, this means when your brokerage launches, your existing subdomain will start pointing to your new MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE website. You will still have access to booj for an extended time following launch, giving you access to your booj website content.

If you're using LeadStreet or booj to manage your sphere, contacts will automatically be migrated to MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE during a one-time import.
However, if you currently use another CRM or organize your contacts in another way, you’ll need to create a .csv file with all of your contacts and ensure it is formatted properly. No matter the platform you're using today, there are a couple ways to add contacts at launch and beyond.
IMPORTANT: Don’t be alarmed if you don’t immediately see your LeadStreet or booj contacts in MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE as this process can take time. If you have questions, you’ll be able to reach out to the support teams with questions.
Whichever domain you decide on should be memorable and relatively short so it is recognizable and can be easily included in your marketing materials. Keep it short so it’s easier for potential customers to remember and can be easily incorporated into your marketing efforts.
Make it broad enough that it can work for your business long-term. Overtime, you will build up domain authority, so you'll want to avoid changing your domain often. Incorporate keywords that are relevant to your business or location when possible to help with SEO.
Avoid words that can easily be misspelled and phrases that make your domain harder to remember.
Make it unique to your business to avoid confusion for potential customers who may be inadvertently directed to another business’ website if it’s too similar.
Earlier we discussed ways to organize your database as you prepare to add your contacts to MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE. But once your contacts are ready to go, how can you leverage other tools in the platform to ensure you stay top of mind with your sphere from prospect to closing and beyond?
Smart Campaigns within the platform are automated communication plans designed to nurture your contacts and help spark conversations. MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE offers a unique approach to Smart Campaigns by offering several different channel types that can be incorporated into your outreach strategy. This approach allows you to further personalize the experience and make your contacts feel like you are going the extra mile to stay connected!
When creating a campaign, add automated touch points using the following channels:
