$4:7 =*(:9.;* 4&7) Hello, PNW! My name is Dmitri Saberi, and I am so honored and excited to be serving as your 2017-2018 District Governor. Key Club is an organization that is not just capable of creating incredible opportunities- it is capable of changing lives. I have definitely had a life-changing three years of service, and am looking forward to another amazing year! Through my experience as a member, Lieutenant Governor, and now, a District Governor, I have gotten the opportunity to see Key Club from several different angles. What all those perspectives had in common was their focus: making a positive impact on those around us. My core plan as District Governor is centered around that, and I hope that we can create that impact as a District this year. But throughout my term, please keep in my mind that I am also a member just like you. Never hesitate to shoot me a text, email, or message with questions, concerns, or if you just want to talk! I am always here for you all, and one of the most rewarding parts of Key Club for me is connecting with you guys. Thanks so much, and I look forward to seeing you, talking to you, and working with you throughout the year! In love and service, Dmitri Saberi District Governor Pacific Northwest District Key Club International Email: governor@pnwkeyclub.org
Hello hello, PNW! My name is Ashley Villanueva and I am both humbled and honored to be serving as your District Secretary for the 2017-2018 service year. Key Club has given hundreds of thousands of high schoolers across the globe the opportunity to be a part of a something much greater than they thought—the largest student-led service organization in the world. Because of this, we have all been impacted through the power of service. And this is what motivates me to not only serve you as a District Board member, but to connect, assist, and relate to you in any way possible!
ASHLEY VILLANUEVA DISTRICT SECRETARY

As I am entering my last year in Key Club, I hope to utilize my past experiences as club vice president and lieutenant governor, to the best of my ability while serving as District Secretary by increasing the bonds, communication, and voices heard around the district, while simultaneously being the support system to secretaries and ultimately the members. It may seem daunting to think about the “Executive Board” and the hierarchy of Key Club, but honestly, no title or position will define how we are all a part of the 270,000+ members in Key Club International. Keeping this in mind, you will hear or see this a lot by supposed “higher-ups”, but we really do mean it when we say to not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Reach me through text, email, social media, or snail mail! Thank you for reading! I look forward to working with the rest of the District Board to ensure that you have a fun and successful service year. Hello Pacific Northwest! My name is Kaho Otake (Yes, it does start with K, just like Key Club) and I am beyond honored and humbled to be serving as your 2017-2018 District Editor! While I may not be a familiar face to everyone, I, along with rest of the Executive Board, am Proud N’ Willing to Serve each and every one of you. For the past three years, Key Club has been a central part of my life: it taught me the value of service, perseverance through obstacles, and commitment to a cause. This year, my goal is to connect I, myself, to U, through inviting, informing, inspiring, and uniting all members. I can't wait give the attention and publicity that the Espresso deserves, and I hope you are just as excited. You can usually find me at Key Club events, camera in hand - so, don’t hesitate to say hi! Thank you! In Love and Service,

Hello PNW District Key Clubbers! My name is Brian Nguyen and I am thrilled to be serving as your District Treasurer for the 2017-2018 Key Club term. I can’t wait to connect with all of you and bring our district to greater heights! Some of my goals for this term is to continue serving our communities and increase communication with you, the members, to ensure financial transparency. I hope to educate and update you all through my quarterly Treasurer Snapshots, which will have information that will help you increase your club’s financial success. This will be my fourth and final year in Key Club. Before serving as District Treasurer, I was honored to have the opportunity to serve as a Lieutenant Governor and Divisional Executive Assistant. The most important thing I’ve learned during my Key Club journey is that the members are the core of our district, and assisting you in any way possible will continue to keep us as the Pacific NorthBEST! If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to talk, feel free to contact me at any time. In the end, I’m just another Key Clubber who’s eager to serve the community and meet new people! #0# V "/VUVCONVENTION CHAIR Hey PNW!
My name is Vivia Zhu, and I’m looking forward to serving as your 2017-2018 Convention Chair! I’m currently a junior at Thomas Jefferson High School, and I’m a proud Division 33 Kraken. This past year, I’ve had the honor of being your Convention Aide and planning DCON 2017, and I’m so excited to continue and make DCON 2018 and even more enjoyable experience. Some of my goals for this year are to increase attendance (especially from smaller divisions), improve the registration and travel process, and create more opportunities for member involvement. Ever since I joined Key Club my freshman year, I’ve been amazed by the amount of spirit, compassion, and selflessness shown by each and every Key Clubber. That is why DCON is not only a celebration of the incredible work that you have put in to serve your community, but it is also an acknowledgment of your passion and dedication to Key Club. I am SO humbled to be a part of this fantastic organization and to serve all of you! If you ever have questions, ideas, or just want to say hello, feel free to contact me over email or social media. Can’t wait to see you all at DCON 2018 :)
( 3V UVCOMMUNICATIONS CHAIR
Hi Everyone! My name is Andy and I am absolutely elated to be the next Communications Chair at PNW Key Club! I am from Division 56 (Go Penguins!) and I am currently a Sophomore at Pullman High School. I joined Key Club as a Freshman with a goal broaden my social circle and serve the community in even greater ways. I can now say Key Club has fallen no short of the expectation I had. In fact, it has been even more life changing than I envisioned. Through Key Club, I have been able to strengthen my character, make life-long friendships, and give back to the community in a truly special way. There is no better package than what you can get out of being a part of this organization. This year, I hope to be able to deliver the same message I got from being in Key Club to everyone in the district. I will work to make sure all the clubs of the PNW, no matter how isolated or depleted they are, are able to be constantly updated and connected with the rest of the district. This will include sending out physical copies of resources to clubs, increasing involvement across all social media platforms, and creating more videos/recaps of major events for everyone to follow-up on. In my free time, I love to be outdoors, playing sports, getting involved with other school activities, and making jokes with friends. I can’t wait to work with you all and if you ever have any questions, ideas, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Here’s to another fantastic year of service!

((#-V "VUVDISTRICT MEMBERSHIP GROWTH AND REACTIVATION CHAIR Hello Pacific Northwest District Key Clubbers!
My name is Dennis Mach and I truly am honored and thrilled to be serving you, as your Membership Growth and Reactivation Chair for the 2017-2018 service year. I am from Division 21, home of the Bumblebees, and I also go to Mariner High School, home of the Marauders! Key Club has made a significant impact in my life, and I want to make sure that every future key clubber and member get that same experience. In Membership Growth, I plan on establishing an ideal goal with my committee for our district, which is to reach 13,500 Key Club members by DCON 2018 in Portland, Oregon. I plan on promoting membership resources, reactivating suspended/inactive clubs, producing membership recruitment videos, updating Key Club flyers and chartering new clubs. I will also work really close with our current District Treasurer to make sure that all clubs are paying their dues on time. As Membership Growth and Reactivation Chair, I plan on utilizing my knowledge of working as Club President, Divisional Executive Assistant, and implement my perspective as well with others, in order to have a more productive term. I also plan on hearing out your ideas on how we can work towards achieving active membership growth together.
(# 6 V VUVDISTRICT PROJECT CHAIR
My name is Danielle Bae and I am so excited to serve as your 2017-2018 District Project Chair. My home school is Skyline High School (GO SPARTS), the same as our lovely Division 28 Ltg, Heliqiong Sun. In terms of district project, I hope that together we will be able to reach our district project goal by the end of next March! The PNW has so much potential in fundraising and I wish to unlock your talents and truly strive to reach our goals. Key Club is a one of a kind opportunity that I have had the privilege of experiencing in my high school career and I hope that it will have an impact on all of you just as it has on me. Outside of Key Club, I lose sleep over my DECA competitions, try to not be lazy and attend my dance classes, attempt to debate at JSA meetings/events, spend all my money on buying school spirit gear, spend whatever is left on food with my friends and go to church on a regular basis. But all in all, fundraising can seem like a difficult or gigantic responsibility to take on, but I assure you that if we help and rely on each other, reaching our goals will seem simple! Please let me know if you need help or have any questions regarding our 2017-2018 district project. Or you can just contact me to talk, I don't bite (:!!
