Officer Training Conference was hosted for officers to learn about the importance of leadership skills. We provided members with the knowledge and skills to enhance leadership skills in a community and club setting. This year's theme for Officer Training Conference was SanriOTC and it took place on Friday, July 31st and Saturday, August 1st from 12pm-3pm. This OTC was very special since we were proud to be co-hosting with Division 11 dolphins! It was a day full of learning about each position, different clubs, and duties as a leader in Key Club. Even though this event was MANDATORY for all officers and DLT members, the many general members that attended and appeared was greatly appreciated.

Not only was this sanriOTC workshop hosted to provide the necessary skills and training to become a succesful leader, but it also became an event for many members to show off their talents! The virtual talent show hosted during the OTC gave members the opportunity to showcase their singing, dancing or even spoken word poetry!
