Struggling Schools

Set up a week where your club can host an information booth in the cafeteria (or where ever majority of the students stay) during lunch. Create fun activities to keep the students engaged (pie a teacher/principle in the face).

Put up flyers about what key club is.

Have an assembly based on key club.

Create fun projects that will have people wanting to join.

 

 

Have fun and creative t-shirts that your club members helped create. Have fun meetings that are still professional. Create events for your club to bond over (bowling, team dinner, roller skating, etc).

Ask how you could make it more fun. Most importantly share with each other (see example below).

Hey guys! I know that school just started and that you are all getting back into the hang of things, so am I, but for officers and I our duties don’t stop. Make sure that this news letter is saved and shared with all of your officers and advisors. For us seniors, this is our last year to make key club fun and to do something big to be remembered by. Why not make Key Club one of those things? And for you advisors, be expecting an email from me about club visits and new officer information. I hope to see everyone at DCON and at my future DCM’s. if you have any questions and comments feel free to contact me at anytime. In love and service
