A Letter to the Division Hello! As promised, I have visited multiple Key Clubs throughout this month and gained increased communication with every club that I visit. The Officer Training Conference was a success! One of my top priorities this month is to get an idea of the summer projects that each club is conducting.

Kiwanis Family Picnic On May 19th, there was a Kiwanis Family Picnic at Keewaydin Park in Kennewick. Members from Division 54 were invited to go meet Kiwanis family. Free food was provided and Key Club members helped provide water balloons, tug of war and checkers for the picnic games. Hopefully everyone who attended took advantage of the opportunity to get to know the Kiwanis family and the other Key Club members who attended!

New District Project Every year, the Pacific Northwest District chooses a new District Project for the 2018-2019 term. For example, last year the project was KCCP or the Kiwanis Child Cancer Project. As a District we raised over 42,000 dollars! This years District project is the Thirst Project! There will be more information on the next few pages.

Fundraising Ideas Brags- Members can pay whatever they want to talk about something that they have accomplished in their life or something that they are proud of. All proceeds would go to the District Project. Pie in the Face- Members can pay whatever they can to pie the officers and advisors of their club in the face. Whatever your club can do to help is appreciated!
