1 t. chili powder 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese 2 can cream of chicken soup 10 soft flour tortillas
Cut chicken into 1” pieces and boil until thoroughly cooked. Mix cooked chicken with onion, garlic salt, chili powder, Ro-Tel and 3/4 of the cheese. Spread one can of soup (undiluted) on the bottom of a 9x12 baking dish. Top with 2 tortillas (side by side) then spread layer of chicken mixture on top. Keep alternating layers of the chicken mixture and tortillas. Spread second can of soup on the top layer of tortillas, followed by remaining cheese. Bake at 350o for 35-40 minutes.
