Green & Eco-friendly product The raw material used for the production of the 3D.I.Y 3d wall panels is the fibrous residue remaining after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract their juice. Therefore we can claim that this fibrous residue used as the raw material is 100% recycled. Bagasse, as a residue of sugarcane, is one of the world's most renewable sources because sugarcane can be harvested up to 3 times a year. The total harvest worldwide is more than 1.2 billion metric tons yearly. 3 ton of sugarcane equals 1 ton of bagasse. The raw material of the 3D.I.Y 3d wall panels, bagasse, is also compostable and therefore 100% biodegradable at the end of its life cycle. By re-using the waste of sugarcane production instead of burning it we can say it is a real ecofriendly product!

STEP 2: WALL SURFACE PREPARATION 步骤2：墙面准备 Wipe the wall and make sure the wall surface is clean, dry and free of debris. Plan your wall’s layout accordingly whether to install the panels from side to side, top to bottom, or from center out. Measure the wall and draw marked lines according to the panel size. 清理墙面以确保墙面清洁，干燥，无碎片。计划墙面的设计，根据您所选择的3D BOARD尺寸， 测量以及画标线。安装3D BOARD方式可以从边缘至另一边缘，从上至下或左至右，或从中 心点向外安装。
STEP 3: 3D BOARD PANELS PREPARATION (IF NECESSARY) 步骤3：3D BOARD准备（如果有必要） Before installation, the panels should be acclimated for around 1-2 days at the environment and temperature they will be installed in. 安装前1 至2天可置放3D BOARD于即將要安裝的地方以适应周围的温度。 If necessary for you to install panels on the area at the corner which the area is less than the panel size, measure the total size of the area, mark the total size on the back surface of panel with a pencil, then cut it with utility knife / penknife. Sand the cutting edge of the panels. 如果需要安装位于角落的剩余墙面面积小于3D BOARD产品本身的尺寸，请测量剩余墙面面 积尺寸，然后依照该尺寸用铅笔标记于3D BOARD产品背面，接着用手工刀依照标记进行切 割。将切割边缘用砂纸磨平。
STEP 4: USING A PERMENANT ADHESIVE 步骤4：使用多功能粘合剂 To paste the panels on the wall, you might use multi-functional glue, double sided tape or other types of adhesives. After applying the adhesive onto the wall and on the back surface of the panels, leave it for few seconds till the adhesive appearing in half dry condition, then direct paste the panel on the wall according to the marked line in Step 2. 进行产品粘贴步骤时，您可以使用多功能粘合剂，双面胶带或其他类型的粘合剂。首先先于 3D BOARD产品背面以及墙面涂上适量粘合剂，直到粘合剂呈现半干燥的情况，然后根据步 骤2的标线将产品直接粘贴于墙面上。
STEP 5(a): PLACING THE PANELS ON THE WALL – Installation WITH Joint Seams 步骤5(a)：产品粘贴步骤 – 间隔式安装 For D.I.Y, we recommend this installation with joint seams – leaving some gaps between the panels, the size of the gaps is depends on own favorite. 我们推荐D.I.Y的顾客采用间隔式安装方式 – 即在每片3D BOARD产品之间预留些缝隙，缝隙 大小由个人喜好而定。 Repeat with step 4 for each units of the panels until the installation job finish. Remember to apply some force on each panels especially the corner part so that it could attach to the wall tightly. Use a damp cloth to clean the excess adhesive. 重复步骤4，直到完成每片3D BOARD产品的粘贴安装。粘贴时请注意在每片产品上施与些许 力量，尤其是角落四周围，以便产品可稳固粘贴于墙面上。使用湿布清洁产品周围多余的粘 合剂。
STEP 5(b): PLACING THE PANELS ON THE WALL – Installation WITHOUT Joint Seams 步骤5(b)：产品粘贴步骤 – 无缝隙式安装 If you plan to minimize the seams with applying filler on later stage, make sure the panels are butted as tightly as possible to one another. 如果您打算在接下来的步骤使用填缝剂以减少缝 隙，请在粘贴步骤时确保每片3D BOARD产品都相互紧贴。 Repeat with step 4 for each units of the panels until the installation job finish. Remember to apply some force on each panels especially the corner part so that it could attach to the wall tightly. STEP 6: FILLING THE SEAMS (Only for Installation WITHOUT Joint Seams STEP 5(b)) 步骤6：缝隙填补步骤 （只需用于无缝隙式安装步骤5(b)） A modular product will have seams. If you wish to minimize the seams, you could apply putty filler / paintable joint compound / paintable caulk to fill up the seams. 任何模块产品都会有接缝。如果你打算减少缝隙，您可以使用填缝剂。 After the filling material dry out, sand the seams with sand paper to make it smooth. 等至填缝剂干透后，使用砂纸将缝隙磨平。
STEP 7: PAINTING 步骤7：产品上漆步骤 The panels are now ready to be painted. 3D BOARD suits to any types of paint available in the market. The panels could be brushed, rolled, or sprayed with various types of paint. Painting a completed 3D BOARD wall is the same as painting drywall. 完成粘贴步骤的3D BOARD现在已可准备上漆。任何市面上的油漆类型都使用于3D BOARD 上。您可随意进行粉刷，滚刷，或是喷漆上色。在3D BOARD表面上漆，就像平常于普通墙面 上漆一样简单容易。 For Installation WITH Joint Seams STEP 5(a), proceed with painting without filling the joints. Paint the joints too. 如您选择的是步骤5(a)的 间隔式安装，那您在粘贴步骤完成后就可直接上漆。记得将预留的 缝隙部分也油上漆。 For Installation WITHOUT Joint Seams STEP 5(b), after filling the seams, a layer of premier sealer is recommended to be applied to seal the 3D BOARD surface before applying colour paint. 如您选择的是步骤5(b)的无缝隙式安装方式，我们建议您在上漆前先喷上一层底漆。
