OC Recruitment Structure There are 5 positions available in LST OC Recruitment: • • • • • •
OCP Recruitment – Carlos Durán – Collaborates with Local Committee Vice President of Talent Management AIESEC IPN OC Logistics – Collaborates with OCP Recruitment, VP MKT & VPTM (1 Position) OCVP Promotion – Collaborates with LCVP MKT & VPTM (1 Position) OCVP Selection – Collaborates with OCP Recruitment, LCVP TM, Human Resources Analyst & TM Members (1 Position) OC Finance - Collaborates with OCP Recruitment, LCVP TM & LCVP F&L (1 Position) OC Information Management – Collaborates with OCP Recruitment, LCVP TM & LCVP IM
Know more about positions of LST OC Autumn Recruitment AIESEC in IPN … OCP Autumn Recruitment 2013: To facilitate successful execution of promotion and selection strategy during autumn recruitment. To assist in running promotion and selection activities together with a team.
Main Responsailities: Management Team Work:

Planning, tracking, budgeting and reporting on the own work. Attending all LC meetings and events. Preparing and carrying out transition for the next recruitment. Knowledge Management (filing and storing all the necessary materials). Reporting to Legislation Assembly and Local Committee of achieved progress. Active use of communication channels (AIESEC site; wiki; facebook, etc.).
Team Creation and Management:

Establishing common mission, vision and goals of Recruitment.

Build and maintain dynamic team environment

Coach team members.
Form a strong team of collaboration of TM members; team building sessions. Set rules, clear expectations and key performance indicators for Recruitment success. If needed, educate and help TM, Marketing & OGX members in executing their tasks. Run regular team evaluations and feedback sessions. Motivate, support and encourage team members.
Event Management:

Develop small external activities in universities and outdoor. Make all needed appointments with universities. Organize external activities in universities and outdoor. Raise recruitment partners. Work with LCVP ICX GIP to reach the goals mentioned.
OC Logistics • •
Make a plan of logistics together with OCP.

Ensure the place with time ago for every informative session, assessment center and interview.

Technical support of presentations in universities (ensure laptop and beamer).
Make plan to ensure minimum 5 people of the OC for each informative session we will have.

Ensure the staff for informative session, assessment center and interview. (print documents, water, stationery etc.)
OCVP Promotion • • • • • • • • • • • •
Supporting OCP in team management. Taking part in OC work. Planning of the promo campaigns together with OCP and LC VP COMM. Create the logo for Spring Recruitment 2013. Ensure promotion posters in targeted universities (long-term short-term members). Distributing of other promo materials among students. Advertise recruitment using web channels, lectures at universities. Preparation of presentations for information session. Creation design of T-shirt and printing. Coordinate work of School Managers. Coordination of promotion. Contact with media.
OCVP Selection • •
Overall responsible for all selection processes.

Give education to Selection Assessors about selection process

Be part of final talent selection with all EB members

Keep applications from all who wish to join AIESEC, database.
Lead the team that is working with selection and allocation and follow up all team members at all times Make a plan with OCP and VPTM about the best tools for selection Interviews (materials based on GCM, training interviewers, holding interviews and work closely with OC logistics when it comes to who, where, when.) Talent allocation (the selected talents being allocated to concrete functional roles based on needed competencies in the areas and personal preferences) together with VPTM.
OC Finance • •
Supporting OCP in team management. Taking part in OC work.

Finding partners for the Recruitment (financial). Finding in kind partners. Creating a budget for the Recruitment. Budgeting. Managing budget of Recruitment. Contact with LCVP F&L.

Supporting OCP in team management. Taking part in OC work. Manage changes and data updates on the official recruitment of AIESEC in IPN
