What Would It Be Like Having A Client Like Me. (in your town) We’d make a lot of offers. Actually, we buy about one out of eight. That seems like a lot to me. How about you? You’d prepare it all digitally, I’d sign the pdf’s electronically. It’s actually pretty quick. You’d set me up on an MLS portal And put me on auto-pilot. What Would It Be Like Having A Client Like Me. (in your town) You know that I always need a CMA whenever we enter a different neighborhood. You know my primary question is always, “What will it sell for when I’m done renovating it?” But you are a professional, so you always do that anyway. You know that I like to buy houses in clusters. What Would It Be Like Having A Client Like Me. (in your town) You would know that my projects have tremendous curb appeal and Wow! Factor in addition to saving Energy. So you’ve decided to try to sell them all “Inner Office” before they’re done, and that’s what actually happens. You know I dont like houses sitting around, so that’s just fine with me.

What Would It Be Like Having A Client Like Me. (in your town) You’d know that we have them lined up like dominoes because you helped me line them up. You’d know that we’ve standardized our packages and you can use any of the houses as a “model” and pre-sell from the rest of the domino inventory. You and I’d have worked out the kinks and automated a lot of things. The 20 transactions a year are pretty smooth
