Kindness dwells The kindness of strangers
Kindness dwells in the breadth
There is a beauty
of acceptance without regard
that walks in the darkness,
for the differences that exist
makes its way
sure as dusk ends the day
among the bombs
those distinctions that separate
and broken lives,
one from another in disgrace
offers blankets
if damnation leads the way
and shoulders to cry on,
conviction made as consequence
puts on kettles
disquiet fed by the unknown
and bandages,
fear to hate becomes the track
mends what it can,
steer away from this response
and asks
lest the same becomes the norm
for not one thing back,
compassion is the higher path
as it wraps
when understanding disconnects in its arms
from one person to the next
the troubled night,
without the same experience.

Personal For I have been raised to be kind, considerate and respectful, it is a part of who I am and so it determines my nature and influences my actions and way of thinking. Nowadays, I find that many tend to overlook the word and become either too harsh on themselves that they inflict self-harm or too self-centered that they could not care less about their surroundings. This word should inspire readers to be kind towards themselves and others, and to learn how to spread it worldwide.
