Richmond American Homes’ Seasons collection offers single and two-story floorplans. Richmond American Homes’ plans start in the lower $400s and range from 1,740 to 3,040 square. Personalized options include up to six bedrooms, three bathroom, a guest suite and a three-car garage.

KB Home offers its Stonecreek collection, which has successfully sold out. Homes range from 1,445 to 2,461 square feet and start in the upper $300s.
