MANIFEST THE MOST
Manifest THE MOST WITH REXALYNN WALBERG
Rexalynn Walberg is a force to be reckoned with. In her nearly two decades as a Las Vegas resident, she’s served as a Managing Broker representing a breathtaking array of properties, from Luxury residential to new builds in the commercial space. She’s also dazzled on the screen; you might recognize her from A&E’s hit show “Flipping Vegas,” where she served alongside her Mentor, Scott Yancey. For the countless clients she has served during her time working as a Real Estate Professional in the Las Vegas Valley, you’ll definitely remember her for her consummate professionalism, poise, and enthusiasm for her craft. Currently serving as a Broker-Salesperson for Signature Real Estate Group, Rexalynn has garnished a reputation as ethical, consistent, and willing to go above and beyond for her clients. What’s next? Rexalynn says she is looking to potentially expand her own team and looks forward to the opportunity to mentor those willing to put in the work. It’d be a full-circle moment for Rexalynn, who credits multiple people for serving as invaluable mentors as she was gleaning knowledge coming up in the industry. In addition to “Flipping Vegas’” Scott Yancey, Rexalynn credits another powerful force, her Spiritual and Life Coach, Socorro. After a mutual friend introduced her to them in 2017, she says, her meditation and manifestation practices have deepened, correlating with success in many facets of her life.
What’s next for Rexalynn? She’d definitely be open to a return to TV, she says, with maybe more emphasis on the “reality” aspect of Real Estate transactions themselves. Addressing first-time homebuyers’ concerns, the behind-the-scenes challenges or fastballs that can occur, and inter-client communication are all aspects she says would be entertaining to delve into on the screen.
Recently awarded as an honoree for “Top Twenty In 2021: Real Estate” by Deluxe Version Magazine, we see many positive manifestations continuing for Rexalynn Walberg.
