Whether you are moving from across town or across the country, homebuilders at Lake Las Vegas are making the home buying process easier than ever with additional options to tour, purchase and even decorate your new home.

Lake Las Vegas homebuilders including Blue Heron, Lennar, Pulte, Richmond American Homes, Taylor Morrison and Woodside Homes offer multiple options to find your new home at the award-winning waterfront master plan.

“You can find all of the new home communities at Lake Las Vegas on our website, with phone numbers to the sales offices and links to the neighborhoods,” said Patrick Parker, president of Raintree Investment Corporation which is developing Lake Las Vegas.

“Most have options to preschedule appointments, whether that be virtually, via chat online or in person. If you want to see models in person, you’ll have different options for each neighborhood, so checking them out before you go is key.”

Some new home neighborhoods at Lake Las Vegas offer contactless in-person home tours, where home shoppers will receive a unique code to open model homes at their selected appointment time, and can view them privately and at their leisure. “Others offer fully staffed sales offices with on-site representatives to welcome you and guide you through the sales process personally,” said Parker.

Richmond American Homes, which is currently pre-selling its new Marble Mesa neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas, offers numerous options for home shoppers. “Our virtual appointments have been very well-received among those who are shopping for a new home but either prefer a virtual experience or who currently live outside of Southern Nevada,” said Nicole Bloom, division president of Richmond American Homes. “In your video appointment, you can chat in real time with our local consultants to preview models, review floor plans and even sign contracts electronically. We have recently extended our virtual appointment options to our Home Gallery, so you can also select all of your options and finishings virtually if you prefer.”

Richmond American Homes also has sales agents at their models and in-person tours and meetings are available. Scheduled appointments are recommended and home shoppers can call its Homebuyer Resource Center at 702-638-4440 schedule and confirm appointments.

At Del Webb Lake Las Vegas, the community’s only active adult neighborhood, on-site sales consultants are staffing model homes every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In-person home tours have remained the preferred method for Del Webb’s eight model homes. “You can stop by any time without an appointment, and there will be someone to help guide you through your options and help you get a true feeling for the community,” said Jodi Urso, sales consultant. “We also offer virtual appointments where you can review our nine floor plans and discuss options with our on-site representatives.”

Urso said home shoppers get a better understanding of the neighborhood, its views and amenities by visiting in person. “There is a unique feeling you get when you enter our community, see the beautiful clubhouse that opens later this month and see the incredible views of the lake and mountains here,” she said. “It’s a unique experience that really shows you what life in this beautiful community will be like.”
