DEL WEBB OPENS CLUBHOUSE

Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas has officially opened its spacious clubhouse, perched near the entrance of the gated community with sweeping views of Lake Las Vegas, Lake Mead and the surrounding mountain ranges. Del Webb Lake Las Vegas is an active-adult community located near the north shore of the lake in the Estates at Reflection Bay enclave.

Del Webb’s clubhouse features upscale resort-style amenities including resort and lap pools, spa, pickleball and bocce courts, a fitness facility, billiards, cards, aerobics rooms and multipurpose rooms for hosting a multitude of clubs and gatherings. The clubhouse grounds also offer meandering walking trails, an event lawn and an outdoor fire pit. “Our design team for the clubhouse was innovative in creating a modern space with function and creativity,” said Del Webb’s general sales manager Anisa Patton. “It is a welcoming social hub to meet neighbors and truly enjoy the lifestyle of a Del Webb community.”

Anisa said the clubhouse, which opened in October, has already become a place residents visit regularly. In addition to its numerous physical amenities, it is home to dozens of clubs for community residents, ranging from sports/games and hobbies to social and creative arts clubs. “It is a place all want to visit and spend most of their days getting to know each other,” she said. “Del Webb residents not only enjoy the recreation Lake Las Vegas brings, but having their private clubhouse makes living in an active adult community that much better!”
