Ciapciak is a strong supporter of Old Newsboys and the children’s charities aided by the organization. He is past board chair of the Arts and Education Council of Greater St. Louis, the St. Louis Area Chapter of
the American Red Cross, the St. Louis Sports Commission and Fair Saint Louis. Ciapciak is also a member of the board of the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
