The new design of Strewn Winery allows visitors to travel through the space on a curvilinear path. This path resembles the motion of wine as it is poured from a wine bottle into a wine glass, curving, and conforming to the shape of the glass.

The newly added second level of Strewn Winery, for executive wine tasting with complimentary meals, provides visitors with an intriguing view to the existing vineyard. Visitors can appreciate this fascinating view through full height windows, which also act as an excellent means of light. Curved features are found on both the floor and ceiling, conceptually emphasizing the flow of the wine.
