SITE ANALYSIS SITE IS LOACTED NEAR KALYANI NAGAR BEHIND D MART. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OBSERVED IS 37DEGREE CELCIUS GRADUAL SLOPE OBSERVED WITH A DEPRESSION. SWAT ANALYSIS BEING EASILY APPROACHABLE AND NEAR METRO STATION, SUPERMARKET IN VICINITY, WEAKNESS TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION ARE NOT THE PROJECT ITSELF MEANS MILLENNIAL WHICH MEANS PRIVACY WITH TOGETHERNESS THEREFORE THE MASSING WAS DONE KEEPING ALL THE GIVEN SPACES TOGETHER YET EVERYONE HAVING THEIR OWN SPACE AND VIEW. THIS TYPE OF MASSING PROMOTED SECURITY WITH PUBLIC

THE SPACES WERE HENCEFORTH DIVIDED WITH THE A DROP OFF DRIVEWAY DIVING PUBLIC AND RESIDENCES ACCESS KEEPING PRIVACY THE SAME AND MAINTAINING A SOCIAL CONNECT TOO.

THE PUBLIC SPACES AND THE PRIVATE SPACES WERE GIVEN . ALL SIDES VIEWS BY ARRANGNG THEM MARGINALLY. THE ALTERNATE MASSING OF THE PERMANENT MASSING BLOCKS BROUGHT A COMBINATION OF VOIDS IN THE STRUCTURE WHICH WAS THE MAIN INITIATICE FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION

THE VOID CONCEPT WAS FURTHER DEVELOPED BY CREATINGA SPECIFIC PATTERN ALONG WITH STEPPED FORMATIION GIVING EACH FLOOR A VIEW. AND PUBLIC SPACES AT THE FRONT ATTRACTING CUSTOMERS AND VIEWS AND MAINTAINING PRIVACY AT THE BACK.

THE FINAL MASSING HAD STEPPED FORMATION FOR ADEQUATE VIEWS AND SUNLIGHT INTAKE. CHAWL TYPE HOUSING WITH INWARD LOOKING HOUSES TOWARDS COURTYARD KEEPING CROSS VENTILATION AND VOIDS HELPING CONNECTING SPACES WITH ELEVATION TREATMENT.THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SEPARTED YET CONNECTED

SITE ANALYSIS SITE IS LOACTED NEAR KARVE NAGAR. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OBSERVED IS 37DEGREE CELCIUS ITS A GRADUAL SLOPE FROM EAST TO WEST. SWOT ANALYSIS BEING EASILY APPROACHABLE AND NEAR BUS STAND

MIXED USE COMPLEX IA A SPACE FOR SAME USER GROUP USING THE SPACE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY THAT IS COMMERCIAL BLOCK FOR PROFESSIONAL USE AND OTHER TO RESIDE.

VOID CREATED SO AS TO KEEP IT AS A SINGLE MASS BUT DIFFERENTIATE FUNCTIONALLY.THIS VOIDS ALSO HELPS IN PROPER LIGHT AND VENTILATION

CONNECTING MASSES BETWEEN THE VOID HELPS IT IN MAKING IT A.SINGLE MASS AND ALSO FOR MUTUAL SHADING. ZONING WAS DONE CONSIDERING THE DIRECTIONS AND EASY ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SERVICE VEHICLE. SERVICES WERE PLACED ON THE SOUTH AND WESTERN SIDE TO BLOCK THE MAJOR HEAT AND EASY ACCESS WITHOUT DISTURBING THE MAIN CIRCULATION. RESIDENCES WERE PLACED ON NORTH FOR VIEWS AND NORTHERN LIGHT THROUGHOUT THE DAY

TERRACES IN BETWEEN CREATED SEMI OPEN SPACES AND CREATED INTERESTING VERTICAL CONNECTIONS BY INTRODUCING RECREATIONAL SPACES THERE. PUBLIC SPACES LIKE RESTAURANT ,CONFERENCES,AND CONVENTION HALL WERE DIVIDED ON PODIUM LEVEL AND TOP FLOOR TO AVOID HEAVY MOVEMENT ON THE SAME FLOOR.FOODCOURT IN RESIDENRTIAL BLOCK HELPED CONNECTING THE TWO MASSES.

THE EMERGING TRENDS TOWARDS FLEXIBILITY , COMPACT AND LEASED OFFICE SPACES WHICH ACT AS A ORGANISATIONAL HUBS AND OVERALL REDUCE THE PRESSURES OF MAINTAINING STANDALONE OFFICE BLOCKS. THE PROJECT THEREFORE OFFERS SOACES FOR WORK ALONG WITH RESIDENCE TO THE EMPLOYEES COMING FOR SHORT TIME.

SITE ANALYSIS SITE IS LOACTED NEAR PESHWE PARK AT NEELAYAM THEATRE. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OBSERVED IS 37DEGREE CELCIUS ITS A FLAT SITE. SWOT ANALYSIS BEING EASILY APPROACHABLE AND NEAR BUS STAND

THE SITE HAS MANY HERITAGE SITES AROUND LIKE SARAS BAUG,NEHRU STADIUM, SANAS GROUND BUT SOME LIKE NEELAYAM ARE OF IMPORTANCE BUT LOST IT WITH TIME DUE TO ITS FUNCTIONALITY

NEELAYAM SITE NEAR PESHWE PARK.AWAY FROM MAIN ROADS YET EASILY APPROACHABLE HOSPITAL BUS STAND HOTELS OFFICE BUILDINGS

CONCEPT THE SOLITAIRE FROM KARNATAKA AND MAHARASHTRA ALONG THE FREE WALLS OF COURTYARD BRINGING IN POSITIVITY AND RECHERISHING MOMENTS OF TOGETHERNESS. THE WADA . A TRADITIONAL MANSION HOUSE WITH A TYPICAL COURTYARD IN THE CENTRE AND ENCLOSED ALL FOUR SIDES BY BUILT AREA INSPIRES US TO CONCEPT THAT IN OUR DESIGN. THIS AS A CONCEPT BRINGS IN A FORMAL WAY OF ZONING SPACES AROUND A COURTYARD FOR FREE CIRCULATION AND VENTILATION.
