We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to making employment decisions without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, sexual preference, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, protected veteran status, minority groups, or any other legally protected status. As of December 31, 2021, we had 89 full-time employees, none of whom were subject to a collective bargaining agreement. We believe that relations with our employees are positive. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee retains oversight over human capital matters, including DEI policies and initiatives, and oversees DOC’s DEI Council. Our Board receives regular reports from our CEO regarding annual employee engagement results conducted through an independent third party. In addition, our Board members periodically attend employee events, participate in our annual Management Summit event, and attend all-team holiday gatherings. Also, in 2021, Dr. William Ebinger, a member of our Board, hosted an all-company meeting to discuss the COVID-19 crisis and answer vaccination questions.
