DOGS QLD DANCES WITH DOGS and TRICK DOG TEST SUB COMMITTEE

The Dogs Queensland DWD and Trick Dog Test Subcommittee is responsible for overseeing the following aspects of both Dances With Dogs and Trick Dog Test in Queensland.

The Subcommittee consists of: • Coral Pethers (Dogs Queensland Chair) – DWD and Tricks Judge • Barbara Murfet – (ANKC Chair) DWD and Tricks Judge • Trevor Telford – DWD Judge • Ann Shannon – DWD Judge • Maree Field – DWD and Tricks Judge • Maree Rablin – DWD and Tricks Judge • Cyn D Fisher – Tricks Judge

The responsibilities of the Subcommittee include roles such as Judges Training for both DWD and Trick Dog Test, the fundraising for and the conduct of State and National DWD events. The Subcommittee have applied for and will be conducting a second National DWD event and an inaugural Trick Dog Test event in the near future. The Subcommittee is responsible for gathering all information for ANKC Rules Reviews for both disciplines and disseminating the new information to our members. Their role is to update the existing Judges when there are discipline rule changes.

The Chair of the Subcommittee, Coral, is the Dogs Queensland delegate on the National ANKC Dances With Dogs/Trick Dog Committee.

The dedication of members on all Dogs Queensland Subcommittees ensures the ongoing successful conduct of their dedicated areas and, without these subcommittees, our wonderful world of dogs would not be the great success that it is.
