In the event of, and for the purpose of winding up of the company, the amount capable of being called up from each member and any person or association who ceased to be a member in the period prior to the winding up, is limited to $1. The number of Members at the end of 2022 was 7,422 incl 835 Community Members (2021 - 7,239 incl 664 Community Members).
