Hummus Shooters – roasted red pepper hummus and garlic hummus, layered in a shot glass with carrot and celery sticks Skewers - Choose from chimichurri beef, or chicken satay with peanut sauce, Mac and Cheese Balls – maple glazed Tomato Bisque and Mini Grilled Cheese Shooters – the name says it all. A perfect combination Wild Mushroom Risotto Cakes- with roasted red pepper coulis Roasted Tomato and Ricotta Goat Cheese Crostini Caprese Skewers -buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, grape tomato with balsamic drizzle Fried Green Tomatoes – stuffed with goat cheese and lightly fried in panko breading and finished with sweet chili sauce.
