The Boat Shed – Launch Event
WE WELCOMED CROWDS OF LOCAL WEDDING SUPPLIERS, AND COUPLES-TO-BE, INTO THE BOAT SHED AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH FOR THE OFFICIAL LAUNCH.
Margot’s Wedding are running the show when it comes to weddings in The Boat Shed (located on Wicor Marine in Portchester, Hampshire). It was such a lovely opportunity to invite folk down for a glass of fizz to celebrate the opening of the unique industrial space.

Entertainment was provided by Amy Baker who wowed visitors with her warm, jazzy vocals, and Mister Kanish whose upbeat sound and look worked perfectly in the space.
Outside we had Grate Catering and Events (our featured caterer, see pages 20-21) serving up tasty samples, the fire pit being their unique showpiece. Catch A Fire Pizza was there doing what they do best. Pizza! Cooked in their wood-fired oven.
Megan Metcalf even travelled from Margate for the occasion. Her business is House of Love Illustration, she captured aspects of the event via live drawings.
