Ultralight handset formwork
New builds and renovations. Greenfield sites, and congested inner-city locations – at 22.6 kg per main panel (0.75 x 1.50 m), the robust DokaXlight formwork is cost-saving and easy to use for CIP concrete structures of any type or size. One person can safely handle this formwork with no crane lifts required, so work proceeds faster and resources are used more productively. The maximum concrete pressures are 50 kN/m2 for wall formwork and 75 kN/m² for column formwork, making this handset system great for high pouring rates.

The standard connector is the Frami clamp, which can be secured anywhere on the frame. Any height offset between adjacent panels is possible.
DokaXlight I Connector
Optionally, DokaXlight panels can be fitted with I-Connectors. This alternative makes pro gress even faster, because no time is wasted searching and fetching. Panel-to-panel height mismatches up to 2.5 cm are possible.

Simple inter-panel connection with DokaXlight I-Connector
The shaped holes in the frame profile enable inter-panel connections to be made with the I-Connector.
Connector is integrated into the panel - fewer loose parts.
No protruding components - risk of injury is minimised and there are fewer obstructions for clamp-on parts (universal walings, brackets, etc.).
Small gang-forms can remain assembled, stacked for short-term storage.
Operation with hammer, or with a spanner to minimise noise
Here's how it works:
Position the next DokaXlight panel, push clamping bolt through the opening in the second DokaXlight panel and turn the bolt 90°.
Tighten up Star-grip nut 15.0 by hand and then use 27 mm spanner to tighten firmly
Inter-panel connection with allowance for height offset using Frami adjustable clamps
For closures up to 15 cm
Connector for infills up to 15 cm
Perfectly matched to the panel size-grid
Self-aligning, crane-handling-safe connections between the panels

Foundation formwork
DokaXlight panels can also be used as foundation formwork. Great whenever the same panels will also be used for the wall formwork. Foundations are formed quickly with DokaXlight panels turned on their side or upright. Inter-panel connection, length closures and corners are just as easy as for ordinary walls. A range of practical accessories makes this work easier.
