issues pertaining to the tenant. We will deal with vacancies, rent collections, tenant disputes, and any legal costs associated with the tenant. We will also ensure that your property is properly maintained throughout the duration of the management agreement.

No hidden fees, no monthly management fees.

Upon notification of a property or ifone is discovered during an inspection, Canadian Dominion Homes Inc. will immediately send a maintenance notice to the property owner, we will then discuss how you would like to proceed. Canadian Dominion Homes Inc. will manage anywork that needs to be done to your propertyand will deduct offcosts of repairs offthe following months rent, based on the clients' approval.
Q. What isthe minimum period for tenant placement/management agreement? A. Although there are expectations, the tenant placement/management agreement is a minimum of 12 months.
