CO-OPERATIVE AGENT PROGRAM OFFICIAL PROCESS THE PROCESS When you have a client interested in THE RAVINE you will have until January 22nd at 5 p.m. to submit a worksheet with your client’s full information. Please indicate your top three (3) suite choices. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL WORKSHEETS through our online worksheet portal at www.theravine.ca/worksheet Worksheets must be completed with ALL purchaser information and will be allocated on a first-come, first–serve basis. You will be contacted by a sales representative in order to confirm your selection and set up an appointment to accompany your client into the sales office and purchase. You MUST accompany your client into the sales office on the date and time that their appointment is confirmed in order to receive your commission. Appointments will be scheduled for
January 24th & 25th between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m in our temporary sales office in THE CROWN ROOM at the PRINCE HOTEL. The Agreement of Purchase and Sale will be prepared by a sales representative. When the sale is firm you will be called to the sales office to sign a cooperative agreement explaining the invoicing process along with the terms of payment of the commission. You must be a licensed and registered real estate agent in Ontario with the authority to act on your client’s behalf. Should you falsely represent that you have such authority, or falsely represent that you accompanied a purchaser on their first visit to our sales office, you will not be paid any commission to you under this program, and we may report your conduct to the Registrar of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.

and goes firm on a suite at THE RAVINE. The commission payment will be sent to your broker once your client has given their financial qualification letter and all cheques to the sales office. Two percent of the commission (2%) will be paid directly to your Broker by the Vendor, following a firm sale and receipt of 10% deposit and after all the purchasers conditions are waived.
Special Agent Incentive: $1000 Pre-paid VISA gift card on the first sale (payable upon receipt of 5% deposit and all purchaser conditions fulfilled).
The balance of the commission Two Percent (2%) or greater will be paid upon the final closing date.
Commission of Four Percent (4%) will be paid to your Broker by the Vendor for each client that you register with us, who purchases
