Story versioning
The solution supports MOS protocol with w all levels implemented, giving extreme flexibility to integrate our applications with 3rd party Teleprompters, Teleprompters CG’s, Playout Contribution and other devices or software. This allows to configure a comprehensive workflow with all the tools required to have have a competitive digital NRCS (acquisitions, editing, stories storie and rundowns management, CG’s, CG’s, play out contribution, VOD and Youtube, integration with Facebook, Twitter and Youtube, Instagram Instagram). Integrated text editor The embedded text editor is includes in the same screen the text for the voice-over, the text for the Teleprompter, a dedicated part for the comments, the preview of the video and also the preview for the videowall.
YES!News allows to: import material from cameras or ingest it (file ingest and base-band base band ingest), create and edit stories, manage rundowns and secondary event. The same functionalities are also available with the Web interface accessing via any browser (Safari, Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox‌)
Interactive Internal Chat YES!News provides an internal chat that grants to the journalists an easy tool for communicating in a fast way with the colleagues or with the editor in chief, comprising the possibility to send documents in the most common formats. AlsoWhatsApp, Telegram and Skype are integrated in the same GUI.

In every moment each journalist has a full view of all stories he has still to complete, and the editor-in-chief editor can always check the progress of each one of them.
Meeting Manager The Meeting Manager Tool enables to organize, assign and supervise all the tasks: journalists, cameramen, drivers and any person involved with a story will be alerted on the fly with the proper information (date, time, location, notes). The Meeting Manager is available in daily, weekly and monthly mode.

3. Social Media Management Social Media Manager Users with the proper rights can export to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Web Sites with a click, publishing the metadata contained into the stories (e.g. the abstract), or modifying any detail to have further details on each platform. The attached video file will be automatically transcoded by MediaStoreCoder (integrated with the MAM solution) to the most suitable format for each destination.
YES!News offers comfortable tools ools to manage the Social Media: each user can select which accounts of Twitter, Instagram and Facebook wants to keep an eye on; on it is also possible to create a new story starting from a Social Wire. YES!Newsallows also to import wires from agencies such as YES!Newsallows APTN, Reuters and customize any specific customer’s request.
YES!NewsInterface:: RD and Social Media Management
Wires management An up-to-date wire archive allows journalists to know all the latest news and create new stories. Wire archive is automatically updated according to the feed links selected by the user (Web Agencies, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and it is also possible to have a notification when receiving a feed containing particular key words.
Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are manageable both for the incoming news and for the publishing processes: using YES!Newsjournalists journalists can export the selected stories directly into one or more Social Media accounts at the same time and from the same form. If accounts, needed the exports can be automated according to the rules configured within the integrated SI Media MAM. MAM
