INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY & DESIGN We strive to create a customized approach to meet the unique needs of every project; technology is one way that we help clients to visualize, experience, and communicate the project design before it is built.
3D Printed Models 3D building and site models provide a hands-on approach that allows participants to better understand the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the site, to refine programmatic and operational relationships, and explore phasing options in real time.
Virtual Reality Virtual Reality enables clients to explore design options through 360° panoramas, video walkthroughs, and room scale virtual reality experiences utilizing users’ phones and owner issued VR cardboard glasses and/or Domokur VIVE setup.
Drone Site Video Drone videos can be used to communicate the extent of a property as well as the location and condition of the facilities. Bird’s eye aerial views capture the overall site while zoomed in views capture primary activity areas, areas of concern, and potential areas for development. Eye-level views provide a walkthrough experience of the site and capture the building conditions including roof areas.
“I cannot imagine the Master Planning process without the 3D Models. They made it so easy for people to understand the concepts, and allowed for robust discussion regarding facility use and placement on the property.”
- Jeremy Klotz, Director, Goldman Union Camp Institute
PROJECT EXPERIENCE The results are creative, cost effective solutions that address the recreational needs of users by providing opportunities that enrich their lives and their community.
