FLUX CUTTING SET

Flux cutting set | KFR 954DM | Set de taiere cu flux for cutting cast iron and stainless steel up to 200mm thick Purposed for: manual parting cutting of stainless steel, grey iron and other materials that cannot be cut by ordinary oxy-fuel cutting methods. The nature of flux-injection cutting is that a jet of gas fuel continuously carries powdered flux based on small-granular iron powder (grain size from 0,02 to 0,4 mm) to the cutting area. While burning iron generates additional heat, lowers the concentration of alloying constituents in the reaction zone and thins the dross, thus facilitating its removal from the cutting zone. Delivery set contains: flux batcher with an adjustable swirling-type mixer (flux tank of 20kg capacity) equipped with a backflow arrester and a flashback arrester; cutting torch with in-nozzle gas mixing KFR-352 with a ball valve; two gas-feeding rubber-fabric hoses (9mm); cart for the flux batcher; propane pressure regulator BPO-5DM. The basis of all fluxes for oxy-flux cutting is iron powder that in most cases is used just as it is, especially for cutting steel and grey iron.

Destinatie produs: debitare manuala a otelului inox, fonta cenusie si a altor metale ce nu pot fi taiate prin metode clasice oxi-gaz. Principiul taierii oxi-flux este ca un jet de combustibil gazos transportă continuu flux sub formă de pulbere pe bază de pudră de fier granule mici (dimensiunea granulelor de la 0,02 până la 0,4 mm), în zona de tăiere. In timpul arderii fierul se generează căldură suplimentară, scade concentrația de constituenți de aliere în zona de reacție și subtiaza scorii, facilitând astfel îndepărtarea materialului din zona de tăiere. Setul de livrare contine: dozator flux cu mixer ajustabil de tip turbionar (rezervor de flux de capacitate 20 kg), echipat cu un opritor de reflux și opritor de flacara; arzatorul de taiere cu duze amestec de gaz KFR-352 cu robinet cu bila; doua furtune din cauciuc cu insertie (9mm); carucior pentru dozatorul de flux; regulator presiune propan BPO-5DM. Baza tuturor fluxurilor de taiere oxi-flux este pulberea de fier, care, în cele mai multe cazuri este folosita, în special pentru tăierea oțelului și fontei cenușie.
