"If You Love It, It Will Grow: A Guide To Growing Long Afro-Textured Hair." She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from Meharry Medical College. She regularly provides commentary and advice on women's topics and is widely known for engaging audiences with a witty, conversational tone and the intellect to back it up. Dr. Phoenyx has been featured in countless publications, beauty blogs and online magazines such as EBONY and Essence. She has also been featured on popular syndicated television and radio shows on networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and Radio One. Dr. Phoenyx currently lives in the Washington DC area and is working on her second book.

She has also been a Professional Image Consultant. Currently Juliette works as a Skin Therapist, President and Chief Nose for NYRAJU Skin Care. As such she is in charge of product formulation and development of all scents and products produced for the line. Juliette is also a member of NAHA-The National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy, The Society of Cosmetic Chemist, Founder of Beauty Business Blueprint and is the Fragrance Editor for BellaOnline.
