Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4. Slice the turkey and fan onto a tray with a splash of water or stock on the base. Cover tightly with tin-foil and re-heat in oven for roughly 20-25 minutes. Ensure piping hot on serving.
